Sunday--Coconut Curry Bok Choy with chicken and beef
Monday--Spinach Salad with hard boiled eggs and onion saute(and a Sirloin for my honey)
Tuesday--Blueberry GF Muffin Bread

Thursday--Dried Cranberry Tuna Salad Wraps with Blue Tortilla Chips
Friday--Rice Flour Breaded Pork Chops with Thyme and Orange Spinach Salad
Pretzel-Stuffed Peanut Butter Cups
